We in Varme Kle take privacy seriously and collect only information we need to provide you with the best possible service.

In this Privacy Statement we will disclose what information about you we store, what is shared with our service providers, what collected data is used for and when or how to change/delete it.

Personal information

In order to make sure your orders get into our computer system and are sent as quickly as possible, we need your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. The last two we need to provide you with information about your shipment such as order confirmation, tracking information or other necessary information. The e-mail address and phone number will also be used for easy customer tracking related to completed or canceled orders and shipments.

Information about payment

In order for us to ship the goods you have ordered, the goods must be paid for up front or there must be sufficient payment agreement.

Varme Kle stores information about the payment method used. We do not store card details, social security numbers or any other sensitive information that is used as part of the agreement you have or make with payment agents (for example Visa, MasterCard, Klarna, PayPal, and the like). This information is shared directly between you and your payment provider at the time of purchase and is not available in our systems.

Information about for example invoices and credit notes can’t be deleted as the authorities require that this information is kept for ten years.

E-mail and other written inquiries

Messages we receive by email, Facebook, SMS, or other written channels are not actively deleted, as these are believed to contain no sensitive information. This information is only used to provide you with the best possible customer service.

Third-party vendors

As a business and online store, we have entered into agreements with several service providers. Depending on your preferences and choices, one or more of them may receive some information about you. We have here described who receives what information and for what use: 

Hosting-Group CO., LTD.

Hosting-Group is our provider of online solution and back-up and the company also host the website and our domains, both www.varmekle.no and www.varmekle.com. In order to operate our websites, Hosting-Group has administrative access and access to all information contained therein. This data is limited to the personal and payment information mentioned above in addition to technical information and statistics.
